It accommodates 4 guests (2 on king size bed in bedroom and 2 on stretchable queen size sofa with real mattress in the living room/kitchen). Both rooms are equipped with AC and flat screen smart tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Bathroom is private, and wifi is available throughout property.

The bed is a sofa, but on the sofa is a new, large (7cm) and very comfortable mattress. You will sleep very well because this is very quiet part of town.
