My place is in center of the Split close to the sea, popular forest park Marjan nice for walking, jogging or cycling. Everything is close like family-friendly activities, shops, fish, fruit and vegetables market, train station ferry for visiting our islands and different nightlife and bars. You''ll love my place because of the unique ambient in loft, the quiet neighborhood, the comfy king beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups.

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.
