The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have the rare privilege of living on 3 acres in town! Our home is 4600sf and shaped like an "L." The bottom part of the "L" is our guest house and we are super excited to welcome guests to our new bnb. We are only 6 miles from beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene and only 3 miles to Hayden Lake. We are also very close Triple Play Water Park, Silverwood Theme Park, the Silverlake Mall, Target, lots of restaurants and, of course, Walmart.
