great location. Host was very accumulating. Easy to get to the beach, they even had chairs and an umbrella. We were on a down stairs unit and could hear the people upstairs (heavy feet).

The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

A Peaceful and Comfortable Stay Rebecca’s home was clean, quiet, and provided exactly what I needed for a restful stay. It was a peaceful place to relax, and Rebecca was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated the care she put into making the stay easy and comfortable. I would be happy to stay again.

The hostess did everything she could to make sure that my needs and accommodations were met. It got off to a rocky start but smoothed out once we got an understanding of each other

Place was clean and comfortable. Nice little grassy area by the gulf to go for a swim. Close to restaurants and different small towns. Host was responsive and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.

The home had all the amenities we were looking for. It was clean and orderly, Manuela was very responsive whenever we messages her. She arrived on site to help with the Wifi issues we had. Also, allowed early check in and late check out. Great service overall

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

Second time staying here and did not disappoint again! Had a little issue with check in and getting in but host was responsive as soon as possible. Was no more than 15 minutes. Will definitely be staying again

We had a wonderful visit at the Milady's house. They were quick to respond, helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier. The house smelled great upon entering and everything was clean, organized, and without clutter. The large open concept kitchen/family room/dining room worked really well for the four of us, allowing all to be together but with plenty of space. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and offered both shaded and sunny sitting areas. The location is really convenient - Publix is within a mile as well as multiple restaurants. Downtown Tampa is lovely and an easy 10-15 min. drive depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful home for the quality, appointments, location, and wonderful hosts.

Neighborhood was family friendly. The backyard was private, secluded and beautiful. Landscape was peaceful and lush. There wasn’t any noise, loud music or traffic. We spent hours outside. Two of my grandchildren have autism and are sensitive to noises so the quiet was extremely important. The children loved the pool and jacuzzi. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable.

Andrew was on the ball and the house was comfort and clean. It smelt great when we arrived, that made me feel like he really cared about his house and his guests.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
