Its history and craftsmanship make it a unique find to spend a relaxing getaway. Stone floors and walls keep it cool in the summer. The original stone fireplace is cozy in the winter. Though the modern central air and heat are a nice touch! Enjoy your own waterfront, screened porch and treehouse deck.

This home sits on the bluff above Rio Vista Falls in a natural curve of the river that gives guests the most spectacular view of the valley where the Spring River meets the South Fork.
