What can I say?! We have been coming to Richard’s place every Easter since 2021, so I think it’s safe to say we love it here!! The house is always spotlessly clean, and has everything we need for our stay. We all love sitting in the conservatory and watching the activity on the beach and water, and a day is not complete unless we’ve had a stroll along the seafront. Peaceful location, but within easy distance of all local amenities. We love a drive to Land’s End to then walk to Sennen Cove, can’t resist heading over to Godrevy to see the seals and lighthouse, and always make multiple trips to St Ives. Richard is always a friendly and responsive host. Couldn’t ask for better!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay 🤩

Thank you, a lovely stay…..was worried about 1 full bedroom for 7 of us but actually worked fine - had all we needed and wow what an amazing views of the beach and dunes! Great communication from Miranda and wonderful to be back in Perranporth!

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

Beautiful location. The outside area and views are stunning. Everything you need for relaxing summer nights. Inside the house is comfortable. Dining table was large and great for family meals and games. The shared bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, this wasn't too much of an issue but would be a useful addition. The downstairs bathroom was great for disabled or those with mobility issues, however, the downstairs bedroom would not be suitable for everyone with mobility issues, the bed it very high and the trundle is very low. My older parents couldn't manage either bed. luckily they can still get up and down the stairs so were able to use one of the upstairs rooms. Also, when the trundle is in use, there is very little room to move around. Downderry itself is lovely with great restaurants and pub. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Yardley House for it's location and amenities. Mark was a great host and responded to all queries. Great holiday. Thank you!

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

This is an amazing place to stay. The views are stunning. Wake up to a sea view. There was everything we could have needed or wanted.The beds are so cosy too. I sat on the balcony , listening to the waves and the birds and wishing I would never have to leave. The host is so friendly and kind.

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Lovely apartment. Perfect location for exploring Newquay on foot and for local attractions. Apartment is large and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bonus little swimming pool in the complex, which our little kids loved. Thanks, Marcus!

Incredibly friendly, kind and responsive hosts. Lovely family feel. Building has a lot of character and great facilities. Short walk to a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Strongly recommend!

This was our second stay at Natalie’s beautiful home. We are a family group of 9 with ages ranging from 5 to 69 & it suited all of us perfectly. The proximity to trevone beach is a major plus but even on a rainy day of which we only had one it was a pleasure to stay in. We look forward to returning in the future

We had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer’s place. The views of the ocean from every room are absolutely breathtaking. Everything is so well thought out — from the spacious kitchen with everything we needed, to the tasteful and cozy decor. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. We’d love to come back. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, would love to have had time to explore more, the view is gorgeous just sit watch/listen to the sea. Lovely walk to Cawsand and Kingsand - great wee pubs and food. And the sun was out - in February- the whole w'end !😎

Absolutely stunning property! We spent the Easter weekend with friends and it was the perfect place. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the beach and high street. The photos are a true representation of the apartment, spacious and well equipped. We had a baby in our group and cannot commend the hosts enough for the house being fully equipped for a child. We will be back!

Such a lovely house and location, Jonathan is a great host, responsive and helpful. We have stayed here a few times now and we definitely hope to return again!

We’ve had an amazing stay at Barbara’s; the location is outstanding with such easy access to the beach and glorious views upstairs from the balcony and living space. Billed as a small property but plenty of room for us as a couple with our dogs. The house is beautifully furnished with lovely eye for detail and plentifully stocked with all the consumables you might need and a really generous welcome basket. We felt right at home and would love to return in the future.

What a fabulous place! Absolutely stunning - we had the best time staying in this house. Near to shops, easy (and cheap) taxi ride to the restaurants and bars and… very very comfy beds! Loved it and would recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Newquay

Overall we had a great stay at Seabreeze as a first family holiday. The location is brilliant and the view is amazing (and the walk back up the hill helps burn off the great food in St Mawes). Amanda was very responsive and everything was very clear.
