The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.
