Matthew was a polite and helpful host. He offered us a grill right off the bat, and then was really flexible about our possibly extending our stay. He followed up with us prior to our stay ending and wished us well. I really enjoyed the house itself. It was conveniently located to gas, fast food, and stores. We were able to find anything we needed close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Matthew!!

My wife and I have been very grateful for the time at Brook’s place. Brook is very accommodating and flexible. Our family needed this so much and Brook didn’t disappoint us. From extending our time to making adjustments to provide a safe area, as to accommodate our toddler’s exploration phase, Brook didn’t hesitate to take steps that would make us feel comfortably and at home. Her place is as good as all of the reviews say, no one exaggerated when expressing how good they felt about staying at Brook’s place. We are blessed to be one of those to have found her. I had a wonderful month-long stay in this comfortable house, while working at Notre Dame, and loved it. It's so conveniently located, and it's on a nice quiet street, across from a park. I went running along the river a few times a week, picked up dinner makings from T.J.s and watched TV at night to relax. It's a great place to stay, with great hosts. Highly recommended!

Wonderful yard with fire pit and wood supplied. Space for a group and a great kitchen. Very clean. Carol was available and helpful as if we were welcome family guests.

I can’t wait to come back. Was there for a lacrosse tournament, this house was great for us. Clean, comfy, great location. Josh responded to our questions very fast… there’s a park close by where the kids walked to go play… super close to Notre Dame, lots of restaurants, things to do. The beds are so comfy kitchen has enough to get you by… next time we’re in town, we’ll be back! Thanks for a great experience!

I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

David was a great host, and the property was perfect for my visit to Notre Dame. It was an easy walk to campus. The place was very comfortable and well-maintained. I would happily stay with David again.

Great location with all of downtown South Bend easily within a short walk. Extremely affordable, especially on such short notice (as I needed.) Theresa is a very proactive host and unsolicited provided me with clear instructions. She has a quaint apartment unit that was a pleasure to sleep in, very "homey" feel with positive, uplifting appointments. Very recommended!

I had a great time in south bend largely in part to the comfortable accommodation and amenities our host provided us. Vonita made our stay pleasurable. Will book in the future for sure.

Very cute place to stay for a few nights! We stayed here for a figure skating competition at ND and this place was very close—about 10 mins driving. Looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It’s right beside a road so it can be a little loud, but once we settled in for the night we didn’t really notice too much. Overall, had a great stay here and would stay again!

Maggie is wonderful host! The retro studio is so cute! It's non-toxic, smoke-free, and all provided products are eco-friendly. I was impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful environment. This is a great place to declutter the mind, have a good bath, and establish a sense of inner peace.

Marilyn’s place was a great place to stay for a Notre Dame home football game. In terms of location, it’s quiet and secluded yet close to the action. And Ubers in South Bend are generally cheap. The house itself is great as well. It has a number of beds to accommodate larger groups, and the house is decked out in Notre Dame decorations. There’s also plenty of parking, making parking stress free. Marilyn was also a great host. She was timely and responsive, and she had simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions. My friends and I had a great time. Would recommend staying here!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Plenty of space to spread out with extra blankets and towels. Quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to campus.
