Beth's Place- celebrating 12 years in business in 2026 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Camp down Memory Lane on Black Lake, NY

Relax with family or friends in this 3 bedroom open loft concept with a beautiful view of Black lake. This camp is located on a private lane which makes it the perfect spot to immerse yourself in nature. There is a fire pit and private dock on 125 feet of waterfront if you want to bring your boat. Flat bottom canoe available to use. Close proximity to Ogdensburg Airport, Walmart, restaurants and winery. 30 minute drive from Alexandria Bay.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

Tucked beside our small orchard on a 400-acre certified organic farm, The Cabin at Laing Family Farm is a peaceful and cozy retreat where days start with birdsong and end with sunsets over our animals grazing in their pasture across the road. Conveniently located halfway between Canton and Potsdam, The Cabin is close to all four local universities.

This rustic Cabin is located on Big Suckerbrook in the Village of Waddington, just a few miles from where the Bassmasters is hosted! There is dock access, kayaks and canoe for use and swimming! This is the perfect fishermen, family or friend get away! With the cabin sitting a mile off the highway it makes for a very peaceful stay.
