What a great getaway! My family & friends appreciated and enjoyed our time at this home. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious, comfortable with large windows for a view of the pond. Definitely returning for future stays!

I've stayed at many Airbnb's and this is the only one that was FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need. Toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen, laundry and bath supplies. Very nice to not have to go out and buy these bulk items only to use a fraction and then have to leave the rest behind. The house is beautiful and spacious but the real treat is the screened in pool (that is truly heated!) and beautiful lake view. Michael and Tiffani were very responsive to questions and frequently checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. It was a pleasure to stay at this home!

Beautiful Tarpon Lake Escapes perfectly fitted our needs for a family Christmas break in the sun away from the grey skies of the UK! Julie's communication extremely friendly, helpful and timely throughout. The place itself is very well equipped -kitchen-everything you need to self cater; bathrooms - all types of toiletry provided; entertainment from board games to table tennis and kayaks, if you're brave enough to venture onto the water! Lovely big decking area to watch the world go by. Our relatives live in Tampa so this was an ideal spot for getting to them as well as trips out to Clearwater, Busch etc. & handy for airport. Nearest area was Tarpon Springs which had an abundance of restaurants - we recommend Hellas (Greek)and Rusty Bellies by the water. We also took a lovely sunset dolphin cruise, direct from Tarpon Springs. These ideas recommended by Julie in her extremely informative online guidebook. All together a fantastic Christmas break. I highly recommend it.

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

One word, PERFECT Everything was 10/10 from his communication, to the location of the home, all the amenities, seasonings in the cabinet. I have no complaints. Everything was great, we can’t wait to stay again

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

The river right at your back door was awesome. Access to the canoes and kayaks was great. It was very peaceful. Absolutely loved it. Definitely roasted marshmallows at night. Great deal for the price. I was surprised it was so affordable considering we were RIGHT on the water. MY social media LOVED THIS AIRBNB , lol Didn’t really run into anybody that was renting other units so it was very private. It was clean and the host was very polite and responded right away.

I was traveling alone to meet up with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The private garage and entrances were perfect for this gal. The location was perfect. Accommodations were very modern and comfortable. I did leave after a one night stay. I let them know and they were grateful for the a knowledge. Due personal circumstances. I will hope to visit again!

This place was perfect for our family vacation

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

Excellent location, right across the street from the beach

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

Anthony’s place was the perfect home for our trip! Located right on a canal, we were able to eat breakfast and dinner outside each night while watching the fish jump and ospreys soar down the canal. Beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella was provided, which was very nice to have included. We were able to cook almost every night we were there for dinner, so the kitchen is user friendly. The location can’t be beat! Only 10-15min way from Honeymoon Island, a must go to spot! The home is right near a 45 mile walking trail, the Pinellas Trail. Bikes were provided, but I wouldn’t take them on a long bike ride. The unit is in the same building as another rental unit, so the space on the canal is shared. If you prefer something completely private, this might not be the best choice. The home was very clean and well appointed!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Kristin’s guest house is absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully furnished (provides more than adequate supplies and linens.) She also made sure we had sunscreen and outdoor mosquito repellent…( after all, this is Florida with a lake location, surrounded by lush greenery and occasional mosquitos). But it is so worth it to sit out near the dock in the evening with a glass of wine. And her outdoor patio table looks out on the lake and great for coffee or breakfast. The pictures are exactly like her house. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many activities. The Dalí museum is about 30 minute drive to nearby St Petersburg and highly recommend it. (About 20 minutes from Moffit Cancer Center which is why we were in Tampa) Kristin is very committed to your having a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy little cottage on the Lake! We were in town for a quick concert and this home was perfect with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.. The hosts were incredibly responsive, making sure we felt right at home. The only downside was we wished we had more time to stay!! We can’t wait to come back — it truly felt like a little piece of heaven!
