This home has the most incredible views which are even more stunning than the pictures. John has created such a special experience and his home has everything you would want and more. He and his wife were so responsive to all of my questions which makes such a difference when you’re visiting the island for the first time. John spent extra time when we checked in to show us how to use all of the incredible amenities, from the highest end coffee maker (and coffee we ended up buying to bring home), massage chair and more. It’s extremely private while you’re able to enjoy the views of the island, day and night. The pool area has so many options for sitting and sunning our group of 4 plus a child could all be together in the shade, sunbathing or the pool. This is truly a special home and we’re so happy to have selected it! For future visits, while not much is walkable, the one restaurant that is was child friendly and had very good food. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Her place was stunning! The view was ohhh so amazing! She was very attentive too anything we needed no matter the time of day. Her communication was right on point, responds soon as you send a message to her. Oh my, her hospitality is amazing, very welcoming, feels like home she's very sweet. Everything was amazing..we are apart of the St. Thomas family now💜 She recommended a driver too us and he was super, very kind and very attentive as well. Carnival time was the best in St. Thomas!! This place is really gorgeous and has incredible views from the wrap around windows. A real pleasure to wake up to every morning. We didn’t know much about the island when booking but very happy we chose this area. Felt a little more like a local vibe and more quiet and relaxing. But never too far away from places that were more lively and full of people. Really convenient for a day trip to St John as well. Overall great house and an amazing location. We had some island-related mishaps that Fernando had no control over but he was very responsive and was as helpful as possible given the situation. Would recommend again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Kaylee’s place! The terrace view was breathtaking, and we really appreciated the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to nearby lively spots when we felt like exploring. Kaylee was prompt in responding to queries and made sure we have everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Zack’s unique and special unit/condo. Zack was extremely helpful & responsive from time of booking and time to departure. He was proactive to reach out to see if we’d landed and also was waiting for us when we arrived to welcome us inside. He took the time to give us a tour of his place and he also shared some restaurant recommendations. Zack’s a personable, great all around guy and his place was perfect! Thanks so much Zack from Kelly & Co!! We’d definitely stay at your place again!

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

This was an excellent spot for our group to all be together and also be close to the beach. We would suggest this to others looking for a private space nearby Magen’s Bay!

wonderful villa. it was stunning. bonus to have 2 cats 9 turtles and 2 birds. main house has everything you need. the villas comfy and great ac. we would definitely book this again. thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

What a beautiful home! It’s hard to even describe the view. It’s so, so beautiful! Greta location, central to everything we needed access to. The onsite restaurants were great and everyone we met was so kind. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Frenchman's View Villa. And like the same suggests we were perched on the hillside with an incredible view of the harbor from the house and expansive deck. Our group was 2 couples and we had more than enough room to enjoy--the deck alone had multiple seating areas, a great plunge pool and sun chairs. We didn't use the small apartment downstairs but would be great for kids or another couple that wanted a bit more privacy. We were only minutes from downtown Charlotte Amalie, and 20-30 minutes from Red Hook, Sapphire Beach and Megan Bay.

An outstanding stay at Good Vibes Only. The layout was perfect for our two families of four. Everything was as described and met expectations. The view? Amazing and beyond. We were fortunate to catch a full moonrise over Mandahl Bay, incredible experience. The location was perfect for us as well, private and remote-feeling yet a short 10-20 minute drive to everything else. The host, Roxanne, was helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

This was the first time we visited STT. My children and grandchildren loved the home and pool. Safety was not a concern as it is in a gated community and the home is so comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. There is an apartment on lower level that was great for my son. There are a few steps to get to the top of main house but there is an elevator lift which we really appreciated. Great way to get baggage and groceries upstairs and used for baggage when checking out. This was a great addition that was well planned out by Cathy. We would definitely go back to this home, and it is just 2 miles from Megans Beach which you can see from the front porch. Exactly as advertised, host was very receptive. One bonus not really mentioned is how close the market is for coffee and anything you’ll need. Kids loved seeing the Iguanas at the tree each morning.

My family had an amazing stay at Stacie and Mark’s home. Coffee with the view, outdoor shower, and the pool were some of our favorite parts. The layout worked perfectly for us - everyone had privacy and space. We loved to adventure around the island each day and come home to a cozy and peaceful setting. It was pretty hard to leave. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your visit to St Thomas!!

You cannot go wrong booking on Magen’s Bay! The views are like none other… how often can you wake up in the morning to watching sea turtles, sting rays and iguanas from your balcony? Our family of five stayed in the main house for two nights to conclude our trip to the VIs. Things we loved: provided beach amenities (chairs, floats, coolers, towels…), pool table (we played with our three teenagers every night), huge rooms and bathrooms, big balcony, and most of all- access to the water with use of paddle boards and kayaks. Things that could use a little improvement: updated linens and a cleaner unit upon arrival (rug was visibly dirty, white couch had a seat stain, appliances in kitchen were visibly dirty). Even with these suggested improvements, this beautiful place deserves a 5 star! On top of that, our host was amazing! She communicated very well and was super helpful!! Very grateful that our family of five got to experience a stay on Magen’s Bay at Sailfish!! Thank you, Calisha!!

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

After being Double booked at another property, we found Jules! We are so happy we did and were thrilled! The property is beautiful! And the views are even better. We stayed in the Master Suite,the views were breathtaking as we looked on towards St John’s. The main town near by was “Red Hook” where there were so many options for restaurants and shops. Local beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Place was exactly as described! It was very well stocked with amenities, and had more than enough beach towels for the party of five I went with. We made great use of the pool and the close walk to the beach. I really appreciated the helpful guides Kurt wrote to help us get places! Also there were a lot of cute cat and chicken visitors in the yard area which may be a bonus to you :)

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, great service. We were greeted upon arrival and Dina made us feel at home and gave us great tips for the island. Very friendly. The master bedroom was spacious and AC worked great. The living room & kitchen does not have air there was a new AC in loft that my son used at night which kept him cool.

Words can’t express the serenity we felt staying in this incredible home! Alan was an INCREDIBLE host and so very responsive. The VIEWS from every window and angle were breathtaking. The house was immaculate. This is a dream come true! Definitely take his advice and rent a jeep, it’s fun to drive around there. We toured local beaches (and St. John a must) by day and relaxed later afternoons and evenings in this beautiful home. Thank you, thank you!!
