Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!

Downstairs includes 1 King bedroom and a 2 Twin XL bedroom that share a large bathroom. Upstairs is the Master with a King bed and bathroom. Large flat yard for games or grilling.
