Perfect stay! Comfortable apartment, tons of restaurants 2-4mins walk. Everybody friendly. Beautiful beach with easy access. Loved everything! Would return anytime

This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

New and clean place to stay. Some things were not working when we got there but Nabil was very responsive and helped us when needed. Great host and place. Would stay there again!

We loved everything about our stay at Lisa's place. The unit was large and compared to our previous hotel room, we had a lot of space. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own private balcony with gorgeous views of the white sand beaches and gorgeous blue ocean. There is a large, private beach area that is roped off with 4 big beds/mattresses to lay on. You can walk all the way up and down the beach to different stores, restraunts and past the all-inclusives resorts. (which I do NOT recommend) The beds are comfortable and there are multiple comfy pillows on both beds. The kitchen has an ice tray, all the basic dishes to get by and a nice kitchen table by a big window! There are smart TVs that you can sign into different apps with and an AC machines in every room. The code for a key makes in and out easy. The decor is basic and the bathrooms just have dispensers with shampoo and soap, but the space, location and gorgeous ocean views make it absolutely worth it! Loved it!

Nice clean chic apartment with all the amenities you need. Walkable to many restaurants nearby. During my two day stay we went to a few places within mins of walking and one night to downtown punta cana area which is only about a 10 min drive. If your going to order any uber service I would just advise to select your destination once you are outside on the main road so they can locate your correct pickup. Overall very content with my stay and will definitely keep this apartment on my favorites for any future trips.

We had an amazing stay at Tanja's condo! Tanja was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and transportation, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Tanja was available throughout our stay for any questions we had. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful beach, just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The oceanfront restaurant available to guests was like a dream with beautiful views and the food is amazing. My kids loved the big swing right there too. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. There is plenty in the area to do. Thank you, Tanja, for being such a great host!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is great if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax. Everything in Cap Cana is easily accessible and Bryan and Larry provided great recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Good place for the price we paid. The extras were a bit expensive but it worked out okay.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Alex and Sandra provide a clean clutter free place steps from the beach. The apartment was very nicely decorated. The location on the beach is unbeatable. A few steps from the beach. Playa Turquesa's grounds were meticulously well maintained. The area of Los Corales just outside the front gate had easily 15 restaurants to choose from. Italian (Simardedo), breakfast (Dhalias), Asian Fusion (Citrus) among many others. It is a perfect place to relax on the beach in a classy, quiet environment. 5 Stars!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.
