The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream the game on one of the TV’s or just relax on the couch. The kitchen seats six and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot, microwave, & air fryer. No need for a laundromat, we’ve got you covered with a washer & dryer.

The property is NOT suitable for infants and toddlers due to the close proximity to the pond. The pond is unrestricted with no fencing or gates.
