O espaço é muito bom para uma pessoa ou casal. Simples, mas bem aconchegante. A internet não é tão boa. A localização é ótima, perfeita pra quem vai em atividades na UEM.

Muito boa, com certeza toda vez que eu for para CG irei ficar neste local, tudo limpinho e muito bem localizado.

Excelente estadia! Local lindo como nas fotos, muito bem localizado, mas o que mais impressiona é a hospitalidade do anfitrião que não mede esforços para garantir uma excelente hospedagem. Recomendo e, com certeza, vou voltar.

We will 100% stay here again. Its absolutely darling, clean, nicely furnished…the view on all levels is breath taking!!! The kitchen is nicely furnished and well equipped. The unit is centrally located…near the center of downtown and short drive to several nice shopping areas. Walking distance to several beautiful parks. The building is very secured and the door man is very nice and helpful as well. There’s a very larger grocery one block away. Parking is secured in a gated area or you can park on the street….We did both. The owner communication is stellar and gladly provided helpful information and additional pictures. The building is very quite…over 9 day we never passed anyone except building employees. The park across the block is loud with rappers and propaganda yelling til after midnight on the weekend. But nothing that can’t be covered with leaving the tv on low. You will NOT regret booking your stay here. Love Londrina.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, próximo a farmácias, mercado e restaurantes. O anfitrião nos respondeu com prontidão e gentileza e o apartamento continha roupa de cama e toalhas extras e cobertores disponíveis. Certamente voltaremos.

The apartment was extremely clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The decor was modern and had a warm atmosphere. The location was very central, with easy access to restaurants. The host was very attentive and kind, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a place we would love to stay again! Highly recommended.
