My friend and I had an amazing stay at Irie’s place—he really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. He was flexible with our arrival, quick to respond, and just very friendly overall. For example, he offered on his own initiative to drive ahead of us to the Luminous Lagoon so we’d be sure to find it, asked if we needed help with breakfast, and had no problem with us hanging around after check-out time. It was also really nice chatting with Irie and exchanging travel experiences about Jamaica—he helped us wherever he could and gave useful tips. Last but not least, the view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. We had a lovely stay here and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much!

My stay at Doris' place was serene and private, providing a sense of safety and comfort. I was also fortunate to spend some time chatting with Doris, who is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Additionally, her thoughtful attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Doris' place and plan to return in the future.

I’m a travel agent so I’d always give a honest review Collins apartments were extremely clean, comfortable and fantastic value for money The beds were comfortable & the shower I didn’t want to come out of :-) Tea, coffee, shower gel & hair dryer was provided Collin was very responsive & helpful Location roughly 15 mins drive from hip strip (Night life) (regular Local taxis 1 min walk from apartment roughly 130 Jamaican dollars). Apartment located in a residential area but very Quiet I’d definitely be recommending Collins place

Our stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort was amazing. Melds hospitality was great, we felt safe and the location of the airbnb was perfect! The airbnb itself was huge and the rooms met all our expectations. My toddler enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen area was a plus, as we made breakfast some mornings, as well as prepared lunch for our little one. Everything we needed was there (e.g. pots, containers, glasses, plates etc). All in all, an 11 of 10 experience and stay. We will definitely stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort if we visit Jamaica again.

Omar’s place was very neat, clean, peaceful and decorative. Omar ensured everything was there that I needed and he himself was understanding and respectful. The next great thing about his place it’s close to everything so it was very easy for me to go and get stuff that I wanted personally. One of the very best villas I’ve ever went to. I more than recommend.

When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. Where do I start? This is a beautiful, clean, quiet place. From the front yard to the backyard, and throughout the house it was gorgeous. My husband spoke very highly of this place which is rare😂. It smells so sweet inside the home. The only problem we had was we was locked out the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Which was weird because my husband used it then I went in after to look at it, we went upstairs came back and the door was closed and locked. It was a ghost 😂 but that didn’t stop us from enjoying this lovely home. Joking it isn’t haunted just didn’t know how we was locked out the bathroom. Anyways the water gets hot and the pressure is comfortable. In the master bathroom once you’re in the shower it is a funny sewer smell but it’s not overpowering so we dealt with it. My husband and I truly loved this home. My husband said make sure I write a positive review because this is the top place. 😂. Mario's place was very clean and felt like home away from home with all the kitchenware and utensils. Our stay would have been a little nicer if we got the master bedroom with night tables and lamps. We also appreciate how accommodating you were with the late check out We would definitely book again.

My stay was excellent at the very clean well equipped accommodation. Host communication great. Nice quiet, safe gated community with friendly neighbours. Would highly recommend staying at Ronnie's place.

Our stay at Hussam's place was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, the communication was top-notch, Hussam was always responsive, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We felt so welcomed and supported throughout our time there. The home itself was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which gave us the security and calm we were looking for, especially traveling with family. We felt completely safe and at ease, which is so important for us. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rahfyah was an amazing host. He was happy to provide us with some of our meals and plenty of helpful information. Rahfyah was an excellent tour guide and shaparone when needed. He guided us through the market, took us to the beach and river and talked us through the wonderful array of plants and herbs in the local area and in his space. Rahfyah is a kind and generous person who has a nice 'sacred space' for you to relax in and maybe take part in some mindfulness.

Matthew accommodated me and my friends on a last minute trip and I really appreciated that. He was also very easy to work with. He was responsive from the beginning and very helpful throughout the stay. The house is very easy to find, about 15-20mins outside of Montego Bay. If you enjoy nature then this is a great spot to visit for a few days. The river is easily accessible and if you’re not into that, you have a great sized and clean pool to swim in. I plan on going back soon with my friends again, hopefully stay a bit longer this time.

Adrian coordinated with the housekeeper to show me the apartment features and I appreciate the added care. 5 minute walk to a great taxi pickup area, and indrive (MBJ version of uber/lyft) can find this place easy. I absolutely loved this place, this was my first time in Jamaica and the Airbnb stood out! Very peaceful, private, and authentic. The Rose Hall location was beautiful, and the place itself was exactly like the pictures. My favorite part of this bnb is the balcony the view at anytime of the day is worth it. There is a pool and private beach access until sunset and the grounds are well kept and sooooooooo gorgeous. All in all I loved everything about the listing and the listings location.

I booked this stay for a birthday trip and I was a little anxious at first because like most trips, very few made it out the group chat. Mr. Garvin, aka Uncle Garvin, and Ms. Donna were super sweet and so accommodating. I ended up having a wonderful time thanks to them and their amazing hosting skills. Having a massage after getting off the plane was the sure start to a great time. Be sure to book another before you leave! I’d 100% stay here again and have recommended booking this listing to several people already. Now don’t expect hotel sleek finishing but it’s comfortable, cute, cozy, and most of all, clean. It’s a perfect setting for peaceful starts to your day and their recommendations were absolutely on point every time. It is an extra fee of course for excursions and traveling to and from but none of it was unreasonable. Actually, reserving excursions with them was cheaper than through air bnb and paying for a taxi to these places. Book with them and enjoy your time!
