Our family worked to restore this arts and craft style home with the hope that it will be a peaceful place for guests to stay and enjoy quality time together. We hope that you make memories playing shuffleboard, board games, or retro video games; escaping up to the whimsical loft accessed via a spiral staircase to read a good book; making a meal together in the kitchen complete with 2 restored retro Thermador ovens; or relaxing by a fire in the fenced-in back yard!

Secluded Tiny “Ginseng House” Artist Retreat

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. One very comfortable queen bed in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! A beautiful half a mile walk to Franciscan University and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town, this quaint 3 bedroom home is perfect for gathering families. A spacious main level with all the amenities, plus a furnished rec room for relaxing and additional sleeping, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy!

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
