Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

We have 3 kids (3, 6, & 8) so there’s everything you need for a family stay. Toys, bikes, trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Kid safe house. Disney+, PS4, piano. Our neighborhood is full of families with kids 0-10yrs old who play outside in the common area together. There is a playground & forest 5min walk away, Sea is 1km walk, kids beach 3km . City is 20min by car, 45 by bus or boat. EV charger ⚡️

Nyrenoverad villa fantastisk sjöutsikt 100 m bad

Välkommen att slappna av i vårt unika och lugna hem. Här njuter du av sjöutsikt både i trädgården och i huset. Med bara 100 meter till närmsta badbrygga är ett svalkande bad, en tur med SUP eller på vintern en skridskotur sjön med ett bad i vår hot tube. En underbar lantlig oas 20 minuter ifrån Stockholm city och 5 min till nordens bästa galleria Täby Centrum-så när stadens puls lockar är även den enkel att ta sig till.

The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.
