New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Mälaren och möjlighet till bad ligger 800m bort, Troxhammar golfklubb ligger 300m bort och vackra utflyktsområden med skogar för svamp och bärplockning finns precis runt husknuten. Busshållplats 200m från huset, ca 30 minuter med bil från stan. Parkering i anslutning till huset.

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

Central accommodation just by the lake

Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. 1 SUP and 2 kayaks are possibly to rent! Fully equipped and located in the heart of Drottningholmsmalmen just across the road from the palace/royal residence and the beautiful park, forests and waters of the island Lovö. Excellent communications to the city, 30 min by bus & subway, 1 h by boat (summertime) and 15 min by car.
