Petite Chateau is a listed manor house dating from 1820, privately set within 7 acres of mature gardens on the outskirts of Ayr. It was once named Scotland’s prettiest house. Surrounded by peaceful countryside yet conveniently close to Ayr’s many attractions, the property is a short drive for enjoying beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses, Ayr racecourse, Culzean Castle, Robert Burns attractions, Brig o’ Doon, and many other local treasures. Sleeps 6 – 3 large double bedrooms Part of the former castle stable block, Groom’s Cottage is one of four set around a courtyard. Take two steps up to enter the spacious open plan living area which features a warming open log fire. Head up the wooden stairs to discover two king-size double bedrooms, whilst up a further five steps is a third king-size room. All bedrooms boast an en-suite shower room and many rooms have views over the castle grounds.
