Great location, super nice little garden around the cottage, with outdoor hangout spots. Market, bar, restaurant and breakfast spot walking distance. Nice getaway.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely perfect—modern, stylish, and super comfortable. It was immaculately clean, which made the whole experience even better. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from high-end appliances to all the little touches that made cooking a breeze. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet it was still so easy to get downtown. You really get the best of both worlds. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts Jay & Chris! They were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make my trip extra special. Not only did they provide a thoughtful bottle of wine, but they also took the time to share recommendations for local wineries and restaurants, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and kindness really made me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Thank you Jay & Chris!

Great host that is very accommodating, easy to get to, and excellent amenities for a longer stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with great views, good food, and affordable transportation nearby.

My husband and I came to Stinson beach for a short weekend getaway along with our doggo (3 years old) and it was the most peaceful vacation. Nothing beats being right by the beach, windows open and being able to hear & see the ocean. It was nice being able to wake up in the morning and go straight to the beach to walk up and down the coastline. We'd definitely love to come back and visit!

We had a lovely stay at the Brighton Beach Cottage. The private courtyard was great, and the space was very cozy. We highly recommend staying with Michael and Susan!

Almost don't wanna be honest for fear of this place always being booked! Perfect for two families of four, or perfect for whatever combination you got. We loved the place, inside and out. It's not huge, but it's not cramped either. The outside living spaces are functional and beautiful. I'd estimate 65 yards to your beach spot. AND, you got four parking spaces! We'll be back.
