Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

This is our 2nd time staying at what my children have lovingly nicknamed “the resort.” There’s enough space to comfortably fit a family of 4. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is not only pristine, but also MASSIVE! This is and will forever be our go-to stay when we visit Ocala.

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Very nice historical home to stay in. Felt like I was stepping back into time in a very comfortable setting. It’s very close and convenient to all the happenings down in Mt Dora and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at Peter and Lisa’s home.

We needed a place to stay last minute and this place was perfect and exactly as described, quiet and a wonderful stay! Garry was very communicative and though we didn’t have any problems, Garry offered his help if we needed it. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s “Florida Dreamin” Villa. This was our first visit to The Villages and we will definitely be back. We had a chance to view a few other homes during our visit and Paula’s villa with the Ruby floor plan was the best we had seen all week. The recliners were perfect after a long day exploring and The golf car was the perfect way to travel. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed when preparing meals. We would highly recommend a stay at “Florida Dreamin”.

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I traveled to FL for my son’s spring break to meet with friends. The space is exactly as described and Geri is a friendly, gracious and responsive host. The lakeview is awesome from both the master bedroom and living room porch/balcony. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. Only caution is if your child is like mine and believes mom’s cooking is necessary, even while on vacation (lol), be sure to bring your own spices. Otherwise the space is comfortable and sufficient. I would certainly stay again if Geri will have me.

This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect for what we needed. Only about 15 ride to Crystal River and all of the attractions. The condo was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We would return.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!
