Bedroom #1 - KING Bedroom #2 - (2) TWINS Space #3 - (1) TWIN A bed on the floor, part of a large closet. The eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances and is fully stocked. Ice cold air conditioning/steaming hot water. Bedrooms/bath are on the 2nd floor, using gently sloped stairs. Lots of parking, and larger vehicles are welcome.

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.

We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston.
