New inside. Very clean. A little hard to see driveway at night and probably in the day as it’s grass. Gate helps to figure it out. Our coffee maker didn’t work but they quickly had a new one delivered. Quick response. For this area it’s a great location close to lake and downtown area.

Deanna‘s place was beautiful and large and very well priced had everything we needed in the kitchen. She was very responsive and accurate with her listing. A house was clean and well stocked. Communication was clear and accurate when I had any questions highly recommend thank you Jim C.

Urbal Sól is a very clean, comfortable, welcoming home in a great location with both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing close by. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with any pans, utensils or small appliances you might want! We really enjoyed having the golf cart available and had fun using it for golfing and exploring. We hope to return in the future!

Dade City was a very convenient place for us to stay. The expressway was close and our destinations were all within 2 hours of each other. The house was stocked with everything we needed.

Jeff and Aggie were excellent hosts and this is an outstanding house. My wife and I and our three adult children really enjoyed this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the kitchen and living area is large and outstanding and the pool/outdoor kitchen was impressive. This was a great experience, there were no issues or concerns at all. In addition, the communication was outstanding. Everything went very well.

Absolutely beautiful home, safe neighborhood and friendly host. Will definitely be back when I’m visiting my family in the area. My 4 year old said they want a home just like this. :)

My brother and I stayed at Sheila’s place to visit our dad who lives in The Villages. We had a great stay at her house. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has a gorgeous and large yard with lots of relaxing seating area, and Sheila was great to communicate with. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was clean and comfortable and our family of 5 had plenty of space. The hosts have everything labeled and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, they had some snacks, waters and coffee upon arrival. There were some other nice touches such as mini toiletry kits and pool towels available. The only issue we had was with the hot tub and the owner responded promptly to my message. Overall, we would recommend this rental.

Our second time here at Brooke’s home. We have found our go-to place to get away from the hustle and bustle of living in Land O Lakes with our daughter and grandchildren. It’s quiet and it has everything you need. The view of the lake is spectacular. I love staying here and will be back soon.

Everything was very clean and very spacious! There is plenty of things to do in the area. The place served us well!

Excellent rental !! Teri was extremely helpful and accommodating as I needed an early check-in. The home was super clean and exactly as described…..and the cookies were a nice surprise. Would recommend this home for anyone’s visit to this area.

Second time around at Dana's place. Quiet and peaceful surroundings make for an enjoyable stay. Host is very responsive to any concerns and communicated before, during and after the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality time outside of their normal day to day. Sure to book again next year when I am again in the area.

Joe made me feel very welcome at his apartment! Everything was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I slept real well! Amenities were very good, and I had everything I needed. Very nice and spacious bathroom and great living area. Good parking and easily accessible to the main highway. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Joe!!

I went to the moto ranch with my wife and kids to go dirt bike riding over the weekend. We had an amazing time and stayed at the privateer which was super cool. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back.
