This house was absolutely beautiful. I felt right at home. It was so clean and large enough to accommodate my family of 9. I will definitely be booking this house again in the future

The house was just as it was described. We were on a short stay with our grandsons for Easter break . They had a great time enjoying the pool and the lake.

This house was spot on, pictures were exact. We’ve stayed at many rentals and that’s not always the case. I would have to say the house was actually better than expected . Every detail was very well thought out. We had 3 couples, layout was perfect as it gave everyone space. We enjoyed coffee by the pool in the morning with plenty of seating. The kitchen island/table was ideal for meals or hanging around, that seems to be the go to in every home and this was perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped. Never had to say wish they had this or that..it was all there. We were there for a long weekend and mostly just mornings and later in the night. Wish we would have had more time to take advantage of the pool, pool table and amenities. Even the garage was well equipped with bikes, bag chairs, golf clubs and of course the golf cart. Had to reach out with a minor question, response was very quick and helpful. Definitely a must stay, you will not be disappointed.

We showed up the first day and it was super easy to get in. The place was pristine and our favorite place was the back screen in patio and pool. Its in a nice quiet spot and easy to get to from the Ren Faire we were going to. Ganna was quick to send maintenance to fix a plumbing issue, too!

Awesome home, clean, well decorated, fully stocked with .ended supplies in bathroom and kitchen. I want to thank Steve personally for responded to our needed reservation changes. He responded quickly to my request, and made it happen to meet our needs. I was certainly pleased with a credit for changing to less days at property. We will definitely look for Steve as a host in the future, including this same property next year, if available. Definitely would want to work with Steve again! Thank you, Steve!!

We really enjoyed staying at Karens. The home was impeccable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The house feels spacious and is well-lit with lots of comfortable seating. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The house is within walking distance to the Sawgrass square that has restaurants and stores (including grocery store). There is also live music at the square every night that ends at 9pm. We rented golf carts to tour the different communities. It was a lot of fun. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to come back soon.

What a great home in The Villages. The home was clean and extremely well equipped for our stay. Close to pools, and a short Golf Cart ride to the town squares! He had guest passes, and instructions ready to go. Would definitely go back and stay at Gary’s home!

Lagoon Point has become our #1 go-to every year for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, accommodating, with an "at home feeling" atmosphere... so many spacious areas for our grandkids to lounge around! The pool was great... easy access to the beautiful property and water access for our airboat.. and very private! The host made it known that she was available if needed. She emailed several times before our stay informing me of what the house had available for my family. Easy check in and chech out. Everything was as listed and pictured (plus some!) This place is 100% to us!
