The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! Our home has been newly remodeled with all your vacation needs in mind. It is minutes from Spring Training, State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and many other amenities. Several Entertainment Districts are nearby for great shopping and restaurants. Sunnyside has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and games.

The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
