Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Sundsvall

Ett väldigt charmigt hus och superfräscht boende. Nära till vackra promenadstråk, vattnet, staden, shopping och även Technichus på andra sidan vägen -toppen för oss som hade det som huvudaktivitet. Vi trivdes väldigt bra i det här boendet.

Ted är en supernice värd och lägenheten var så himla fräsch och välplanerad. Fint och bekvämt boende mitt i stan, det kan ju knappast bli bättre. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och den här trevliga värden. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Mycket centralt boende till bra pris. Bra instruktioner för incheckning. Fasaden på huset var lite sliten men själva lägenheten var väldigt fin. Vi stanna de bara en natt och hade gärna stannat längre om vi kunde. Det enda vi saknade något var gardiner i sovrum så att det inte blir så ljust på morgonen men vi förstod att Hanna skulle ordna med det. Om vi skulle besöka Härnösand igen så skulle vi gärna försöka boka detta boende igen. Tack för en fin vistelse

Tack för en trevlig vistelse! Fin lägenhet och trevligt område med ett väldigt trevligt bemötande från Fredrika. Jag fick både ett varmt välkomnande, tips på promenad stråk samt en fin välkomstgåva till min hund, ett ben. Ett trevligt boende med en värd som gör det där lilla extra! Rekommenderas varmt!

Bra boende för två. Generösa utrymmen, bekväm säng och en underbar dusch. Perfekt för oss då vi mest använde lägenheten för övernattning i tre dagar, tyvärr var vi bara där på kvällarna och såg inte så mycket av omgivningarna. Småsaker som var positiva var kaffe, choklad och kryddor, det får man inte på alla Airbnb…. Ingången är dock lite besvärlig om man inte har bra balans, i alla fall vintertid.

Enjoyed our stays at two of Ted's apartments on our way from Stockholm to Åre and back. Both places were with very unique, historical, cozy and feels-like-home vibe. I especially enjoyed the historical photos of the city on the walls - so interesting to get back in time! All was very clean, neat and straightforwards in matters of getting to and into the places and finding all required stuff there. Also appreciated Ted's fast responses and friendly attitude. Strongly recommend!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem zauberhaften Haus verbracht und das Leben abseits der Zivilisation genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Wenn ihr aber Luxushotels gewohnt seid, dann ist das hier nicht das richtige für euch. Da wir seit Jahrzehnten mit Rucksack und Zelt unterwegs sind, war dieses Haus aber für uns der pure Luxus. Danke liebe Åsa und Anders das wir eure Gäste sein durtften und das ihr diesen Traum mit uns geteilt habt. Wir hoffen, das wir bald einmal wieder kommen können und dürfen. Alles Gute für euch und eure Familie.

Very beautiful house, clean and well equipped! So close to the beach! We had a cozy stay and we will definitely be back! Helena is so easy to communicate with! So responsive! I highly recommend this place!

Tommy, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips while respecting our privacy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Perfect Stay for Families! Highly Recommended! This rental exceeded all expectations! The house was spotless, with an inviting and pristine atmosphere. The decor was cozy touch that made it feel like home. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice; it’s even better in person! The space was incredibly generous, making it perfect for families. My husband, our one-year-old, three-year-old sons, and I had an amazing time here. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to relax comfortably. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was helpful and attentive, always available to answer any questions. We would love to book this place again if we get the chance in the near future. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful and stress-free getaway!

If you are looking for an amazing location to explore höga kusten and to have a peaceful vacation with great and caring hosts - this definitely is the place to go! It comes with an amazing view and everything else you'll need, including the feeling of having your "own beach". The house is furnished beautifully and was extremely clean. The kitchen also has everything necessary available. This place is a dream come true for everyone looking for some quiet and peace in the nature with direct access to the water. It's amazing to swim or/and to watch the sunset. There's only one thing better than the location, garden and house: The great hospitality that you'll find here. Mikael and Jean are extremely nice people. They answer every question immediately and share great tips regarding activities. They were very friendly to us and our dog when we met them and even welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine. Overall an absolutely amazing experience!

Journn was an amazing host and the house was super cozy with everything you need. It’s in a beautiful location with a sea view, peaceful and remote—yet just a 20-minute drive to the city. She was also incredibly responsive throughout our stay. One unforgettable moment: we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights lighting up the sky all night long—in late spring! I honestly didn’t expect to see them. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Höga Kusten.
