Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath house on Lake Erie in a private community. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and outdoor deck.. The second bath also houses the laundry. The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a loft area reached by a library ladder that has a sitting area and 5 mattresses on floor The kitchen has all new appliances and open to living and dining area. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Our little cottage is within walking distance to the beach, the bars (Cabana Sam's / Sunset Bay Beach Club / Sportsman's Restaurant) and located across the street from the Sunset Bay State Marine Park. Our Place is a 6 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
