The house was super clean and cosy. It looks like it is quite new as all the appliances and furnishings were pristine. The hot tub is tucked around the side of the cabin and has complete privacy and a beautiful view over the lake. Jonathan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants nearby which were great. The gravetye manor was particularly stunning. Thanks again :)

The stay was just lovely!:) Exactly as pictured. We went there to celebrate birthday and did a lovely BBQ&Drinks. Everything we needed was there for us to use:) Hot tub was clean, warm and relaxing. I could stay there all night watching the stars. Alexia gave us fresh orange juice, milk and home made load of bread for the morning! Never been anywhere with such a thoughtful host!:) It was very well equipped, kitchen had everything possible, fresh towels and robes, even the body wash etc in the bathroom was a quality brand:) so many board games available aswell and next time I’m gonna buy a mattress I’m gonna buy the one that was in the cabin! So comfy! Overall 11/10 experience, it was very pleasant.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Lynley accepted a same day last minute booking and from my first interaction I knew it was going to be great, speedy and polite responses with some humour - perfect!! Now the stables what can I say!! Absolutely beautiful, quiet location minutes from the Surrey Heath to walk as far or as little as you like! Patch our mini JR loved it 🐶❤️ Now the property....a private, peaceful escape with everything you could ask for (Even had a camembert baking dish, if you know you know ❤️🧀) The standards of the stables are exceptional, clean, smell gorgeous, attention to detail 👌 The outside space is fantastic - Your own private decking with table/chairs/parasol, BBQ and most importantly the outside bath 🛁 with hot/cold water for nights watching the sunset/horses with a glass of bubbles 🥂 Lynley was so accommodating and let us use the neighbouring facilities on night one as a treat, that is also gorgeous! We had a wonderful 3 night stay in such a beautiful space. Thank you Cheryl and Pete x

The cabin was a lovely place to take a trip away. Adam and Vicky were very helpful before we arrived and when we got there, as well as leaving lots of helpful information in the cabin. Great place to stay

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

A fabulous space, inside and out. Nellie Labradoodle really relaxed there, always a good sign. Ben was very welcoming, thank you Ben and Eleanor, I hope we’ll stay again sometime.

perfect location for my mini trip to Surrey with my dog. Cosy, clean, comfortable - 3c's that I look for when booking a place to stay when catching up with friends & family. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Private, secure garden for dog.

I stayed at Owen’s annex for around 4-5 weeks and felt right at home from the start. The place itself was lovely—cosy, well-equipped, and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Owen was an amazing host, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. He was really friendly, and I enjoyed our chats—such a genuine and welcoming person! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing place with a great host.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. It’s so peaceful and relaxing with just the right amount of privacy. Frankie and Jonathan are very considerate hosts who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome… a birthday banner, bottle of fizz , a great welcome pack and a hot tub in beautiful surroundings. What more could you want! They recommended pubs and walks and it was such a treat to take our little dog with us. Thank you for a great stay, we certainly hope to return in the near future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ann-Marie’s beautiful lodge. Nestled in front of their lovely garden and surrounded by peaceful woodland, it’s the perfect countryside escape. The lodge itself is spotless and cosy — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Ann-Marie and her family were so kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and happy to offer local tips. A special mention goes to Angus, their gorgeous and gentle dog who made us smile every time we saw him! There are some fantastic walks right on the doorstep, and several great pubs nearby for food and a drink after a day outdoors, we loved the beer garden at the Three Horseshoes. Truly a relaxing retreat — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Alison's place. She was very responsive to our rather specific requests and was respectful of our privacy. We would stay here again for sure if our travels take us to the southern London suburbs in the future.

A fantastic hideaway ,so peaceful and idilic ,I totally relaxed in this beautiful accommodation. No need to look for anywhere else ,dog friendly with lots of countryside to walk in. Lots to do with fantastic amenities including full sky tv and broadband .

We found this to be just perfect for us for a 2 night stay. With a baby and toddler it was child friendly as although it's small it feels very open and with the coffee table moved they had enough room to play. We were also very happy that the cot just fitted in the bedroom too.

Another great stay for my colleague, used Julia's place quite a few times now, will always use.

This was a lovely place to stay. It felt so well cared for and was cleverly furnished. My daughter loved her Windsor room and my son the London Room. There was lots of attention to details and we were thankful for the biscuits and milk sachet basket on arrival. Super shower and good WiFi so perfect for our teenage children 😆 It was well placed for local restaurants which were listed in the folder. We went to a lovely pizza restaurant a ten minute walk away. It was a super base for a day at Virginia Water in Windsor, then a visit to Runnymede ( Magna Carta, Kennedy Memorial, Airforce memorial) and then on to a County hockey match day at nearby Woking. The owner was easy to contact and helpful. Would definitely book again when back this way.

Virginia was contactable and approachable. The Bothy was easy to find and good value for money. The decor was stylish and the bed was super comfy.

Lovely place, clean couldn’t fault it at all. Had everything I needed, the bed was so comfortable the comfiest I’ve slept in well working away. Close to everything you need, no more than 5 mins to shops. Would definitely book again

Very cozy place, perfectly furnished and decorated. Got everything we needed, including adapter for the outlets. Extremely peaceful neighbourhood and area. Both restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance. Both bus stops and train stops towards the city centre very close by. Also a direct bus to and from Heathrow, which was also a plus for us. Definitely recommend!
