Large self contained room set in lush gardens at the back of a family home (seperate from main house) occupied by a Scottish couple. Close to Gardiners creek walking/cycle track that takes you all the way to the city. Chadstone shopping centre only 10min drive. Deakin university a 5min drive. Close to Monash fwy for access to the City (20mins), Mornington Peninsula (60mins) & Yarra Valley wineries (60mins).

Crisp, Fresh and Clean. Newly Renovated Cottage.

You and your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, private house. Being squeaky clean is what we’re extra proud of. Easy to the MCG - the No.48 tram goes right past The G and gardens. Our stop is number 35; a six minute walk. Great access to public transport, shops, the city and freeway. Please note, we don’t have a bath tub; just a lovely shower.

It's a 5-10 min walk to to Ivanhoe Station and shops, and 20 mins by train to CBD, Zone 1. Handy to the busier hubs of North Fitzroy and Brunswick St.
