Large rear deck with outdoor kitchen, LCD TV, unique glass topped canoe table with seating and a great day bed. Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

River Escape is a brand new 4-bedroom house, close to the river and backing onto a quiet reserve of bushland. This house offers you all the modern facilities of a new home, with the homely comforts. Located 50 meters to the beautiful Sussex Inlet River, and boat ramp, you are in the perfect location for your getaway! NO PETS or WI FI . Shelly's is a 2 b/r cottage situated opposite the Inlet with water views and easy access to this magical waterway and native bushland. Sleeps 4 only including infants with nothing to bring but your food. Shelly's has a big undercover deck on the rear of the house, a large private backyard which backs onto the bush, BBQ and outdoor dining. Enjoy a beautiful bush walk from the front door that leads to a wonderful view of the inlet. Walk to the Bowling Club and restaurant.

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
