Welcome to your home away! Relax with the family in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 nursery, 2 bathroom home. This house was created to be a space of peace and convenience. The La Mantia house is located in a quiet established neighborhood. Just a short 5 mile drive from Rideout Regional Medical Center, 45min from downtown Sacramento, and 28min from Beal Air Force Base. Fully furnished, working appliances, and the entire house exclusively yours! The Hot Tub is currently out of order!

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
