This condo is on the top floor in a transitioning neighborhood. It’s neat, clean, and as expected. I chose it because it is walking distance to MOCA. I was traveling on my own, so stayed in at night. Fresh Market is a short drive, so I purchased what I needed and ate in. There aren’t nice restaurants or shops nearby and not a lot of people out at night. Check-in is a little complicated, but there were detailed instructions. You park on the street to run up to the condo and get the key fob & key card for the parking garage and drop off luggage. Garage is a short walk. Great for the money and location.

Accurate description, centrally located in downtown. Cynthia was very responsive and friendly. Visited Jacksonville for a work trip, but if I ever return I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

This is like a mother-in-law suite on the ground level of an older Thomasville home. It has a large kitchen with a full size dishwasher and a bathtub with a shower. The bedroom has no windows which is nice as I work the night shift a lot. I love going out and walking the sidewalks to Dawson Street to see the historical homes. It is a great deal for all that it has.

Sue's place was great. Very quiet and close to Amelia island. Sue was very responsive to questions.

Always an excellent stay at Barbara and Tommy’s. So quiet and relaxing. Quitman is just a quiet little southern town with a small town charm. Their place fits here perfectly and they are such gracious hosts. This apartment is perfect for single business travelers and couples. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Cedar Key. This was our first time visiting and you can tell the town is trying to find its way back after Helene. But, if you’re looking for a low key beach town with friendly locals this is a great spot. The hosts were very communicative, the place was very clean and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable (which isn’t always the case with vacation homes). Would definitely stay here again!

We were driving home to Florida and we needed a last minute place to rest before we completed our trip from Tenn and it was very accommodating and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

Chad and Lindsey were great hosts. We appreciated their hospitality. The home was very nice. the area is great it location is close to everything you need. This property was the ideal layout to accommodate my husband and I, our two kids and my parents. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed when we cooked in. The coffee/tea bar was an added bonus. And the location was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter's Landing with lots of restaurant options. The back lanai had a lovely lake view - so peaceful!

The house was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the coast and sunset. The private boat ramp it came with was so awesome and worth every penny! Will be booking again soon!

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Loved our stay at Michelle’s place! It was clean and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect! There were more than two comfortable beach chairs there for us to use. Amelia Island is small and quaint, with lots to sees and do. It’s definitely a wonderful vacation spot, and Michelle’s place is a great place to stay.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!
