It includes TV/Internet, 2 sitting areas, one queen size bed and a walk in shower. This open concept space is complete with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, sink and microwave. It has an outdoor dining area with a garden and beautiful views of the ocean Walking distance to several local eateries, including cafe & wine bar.

The great room has 25' ceilings, a 70" flat screen TV, a desk, and 2 seating areas. Modern kitchen, new appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

Steps from Steer Swamp Conservation Area. 13 miles from Boston, and an easy 10 min drive to Salem. Cool off in the pool during the summer heat, or relax in the hot tub on a chilly evening. There’s room for everyone on the pull out sectional to snuggle up for a movie night, complete with popcorn and candy machines. Sure to be a fun and cozy stay!

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors. Captain’s Quarters

Tucked in a home built in 1740, this cozy apartment offers costal charm in historic old town, surrounded by antique homes and winding streets. Galleries, a bakery, cafés, shops, restaurants, and beaches are just a few steps away. Unwind, explore & soak in the salty, seaside breeze. Note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Typical of 18th century homes, the staircase is steep and narrow. The apartment isn’t child proof or de-leaded. Wear shoes because the original floor boards are rough.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

The location is perfect for anyone traveling to the north shore because of how walkable it is but also only 10 minutes from historic Salem MA! The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and it is spacious offering 2 very large bedrooms with king size beds! Guests also please note there is access to the basement from inside.
