Modernised Victorian apartment with parking

The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

The Red Train Carriage

The Red Train Carriage is a special place to stay next to the train tracks of The Swanage Railway. We believe it was built in about 1858 for GER as a 2nd class passenger carriage. It was just a shell when we got it, with it's original walls, doors, ceiling and floor, but the seating had been removed. There was only a few clues about its history in some of the doors and windows. We have saved as much of the original carriage as possible whilst making it a comfortable place to stay for a week.

A light and airy townhouse, our house is perfect for large families or 4 couples/groups with its unique space & location. Only 1 min steep walk (or 5min more gentle by road) to the sandy beach, a private and enclosed south facing garden for alfresco dining, wood burner in the lounge, lovely large kitchen diner & dog friendly. The 4 generous sized bedrooms & 3 bathrooms split across 2 floors giving 2 families or couples more privacy. Twin/superking options. Off street parking 2 cars with EVcharge

Luxury top floor two room apartment. Located directly on the beach of the Sandbanks peninsula with breathtaking double sided views over Bournemouth Bay, Studland, Isle of Wight and Poole harbour. It has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and loads of sporty activities just around the corner (all sorts of water sport, walks, golf, tennis, bike riding & lots more). Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Stunning wooden lodge in Purbeck Countryside

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

Sea Mist, bright and spacious apartment near beach

Sea Mist is very close to the beautiful Swanage beach and stunning coastal walks. It is perfect for families with children or couples. Just a short 2 min walk and you are on our blue flag sandy beach and a level walk to Swanage town centre with a very good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Home to Swanage carnival and music festivals. It is perfect for access to the stunning Jurassic coast. We have a good selection of toys and books for the children and we are dog friendly.

'Moontide' is a character filled holiday home just five minutes straight and level walk to the main beach where you will also find other amenities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes. The ground floor maisonette has on-site private parking and there are car charging facilities opposite the property in the main beach car park. The holiday home has front and rear south facing gardens, a sunny patio area and plenty of room for surf boards, paddleboards and bicycles.
