Cosy Flat | Near City Center, Hosp. & Uni

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Eastleigh, home of the Spitfire

A 3 bedroom family home, with off road parking and a large garden. It is walking distance to Parkway train station, and Southampton Airport. The bus stop is close by for regular buses into the centre of Southampton, with its Restaurants , Shops and the Mayflower theatre. Southampton Universities. The Hospital, The Utilitarian Bowl and St Mary’s football ground are all a short drive away. It is close to the Motorway, giving fast links to Portsmouth, The New Forest and Bournemouth.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Also works very well with professionals. This is the perfect location. 10 min walk to Southampton Airport, it's a small airport, only to Europe, no noise pollution. 2 min walk to the train station, which can take you to Southampton Town, or to London in 1.5 hours. McDonalds is 2 min walk from this place. Many Grocery Shops, takeaways and Restaurants within walking distance, less than 5 min walk
