What a briliant start to a long awaited Cook Island adventure (after a hectic departure - almost didnt make it thanks to airline mess up) Simon picked us up from the airport and then filled us in on the drive to the accommodation, stopping and pointing out places to eat, beach acccess points and heaps more. We d3cided to rent a car for one day as we were only on Raro for 3 and that was a great idea being able to take back roads, stop and start at whim and just feel we got a better sense of the place. We're off to Aitutaki now but will definitely be returning to Rarotonga in the future. Simon and Denise were great hosts...there if you needed with lots of help and hints but certainly left us alone if we were happy. Thanks for a brilliant first impression...they always stick. Krystina and Eugene's place is an amazing brand new spot right in the heart of Muri. Located just off the main road. You have an amazing view of the mountains & the Night Market, restaurants & cafes are only minutes away. We were the first guests and it was great to see all the thoughtful touches with new appliances, fixtures, a stacked welcome basket & a great booklet containing all the info you need to have a great stay. Eugene was nice enough to stop by and make sure we were all settled in & had everything we needed. They even gave us a complimentary late check out which was greatly appreciated! Great air con, comfy beds, roomy shower & right in the heart of nature. Honestly this spot was perfect for me & my partner. Theres a car rental company minutes away where we picked up our ride & Krystina and Eugene also have a sister property right on the beach that had kayaks and beach access that we could also use. We will be back for sure!

Five stars simply isn't enough to capture how charming and secure the location felt. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful assortment of local fruits. While enjoying these treats, we had the opportunity to peruse the provided information booklets. The booklets contained fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the loyalty cards for various coffee shops were a thoughtful touch. The deck, with its scenic view, was so well-equipped that we could have spent the entire time outdoors. And when we did venture inside, we found everything we could possibly need, including appliances that would please even the most ambitious home chef. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a luxury bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the fold-out couch offered even more space to relax. Maire was the best host we could have hoped for. She was always accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had.

We had the most amazing time in Rarotonga, Nev was an awesome host, everything was just as it says clean, private & peaceful. Very relaxing lots reading material, the tropical fruit breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for the best snorkeling/swimming beach & other amenities. We had a great 4 night stay at Muri Serene Villa to kick off our Cook Islands holiday. The location was perfect if you’re wanting to be near Muri. At the bottom of the street (being a minutes walk or so) you’ll find a car rental place, the Muri night markets, Tapas, a corner store and a coffee shop. Still within walking distance is the lagoon cruises and the sailing club which is a great view for a happy hour drink. We had flawless internet and crisp cool air conditioning throughout our stay which was a great bonus and needed for those humid days. We found the property clean, tidy with thoughtful finishing touches (towels in the shape of a swan, fresh picked flowers, complimentary fruit platter, tea/coffee/milk/juice and bug spray). Other than the odd ants that are unavoidable we weren’t bothered by other insects/mozzies so had a very comfortable stay. We met the cleaners/gardeners upon arrival who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and kept the cottage immaculate! Meitaki!

One of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Tere and family made me feel welcome immediately, and are absolutely fantastic hosts. They gave me great recommendations on where to find good food, the convenience store that's open late, and best things to see and do. The penthouse is cozy and clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are stunning. Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony or the beach, which is a literal stone's throw away. Don't overthink this one. I'd happily stay in the penthouse again, or one of their villas. Meitaki ma'ata, thank you all for an amazing holiday!

Beautifully appointed with all the amenities you need on par with staying at a hotel. Super impressed with this Airbnb. The decor, amenities, rooms and facilities were fantastic. Tine and her team were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Probably the best place to stay on Raro.

Loved our stay at Muri Retreat. Simon was super helpful with organising transport and was happy to help with any questions.

The first thing I would like to note is the location. The best beach on the island is a 2-minute walk away, you will not find the best places for snorkelling for free, plus there are 2 shops nearby, one of which is open around the clock (5-7 minutes by bike). Within walking distance (3-5 min), there are two places where you can rent a bike or a car. The second is that this apartment has an anti-mosquito screen on all windows and doors. There is a grill in the apartment, which helped a lot, we didn't have to go to restaurants and wait for our orders for hours. I would say the house has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. I can't say that this is a place for complete relaxation, sometimes the neighbours who rent the villa can break the silence, having fun by the pool which is two meters from your door. I will not point this out as a disadvantage, just need to keep it in mind. In conclusion, I want to say that Eve and Brent do a great job of maintaining that place.

We have just returned from spending 10 days at Lynn's place and cannot recommend her Air BnB enough. Lynn was so helpful with all our questions as this was the first time for us to visit Rarotonga. Extremely well priced when we compared other places we could have stayed. The unit is fully self contained and a home away from home. We appreciated so many things, the well equipped kitchen, the fans and air conditioner in the bedroom, the comfortable seating, stainless steel kitchen bench, decent shower, extra containers in the kitchen to put leftovers in, the lovely deck overlooking the garden and the proximity to the beach, shops and airport. While many people choose to stay in a resort, we were thankful we had chosen this lovely home away from home. Thoroughly recommend Lynn's place.

Very kind and helpful owners, a fabulous beach easy walking distance, we spent a lot of time there. Unit had all that we needed.

We came for a week with our daughters and had a lovely stay. The backyard was great to play in and the beach right there amazing for hunting for shells, coral and hermit crabs. Seeing whales from the deck each day was amazing too!

A wonderful stay with my wife together on Rarotonga. Before check in you get a couple of information, that will answer all the questions you may have about your stay. The room itself was spacy, comfortable and very clean - We always felt well and had a great stay. Thank you very much!

Eddie is a great host, easy to communicate and friendly, offering tips and tricks for your trip to Cook Islands. M&M Studio is great value for money. The place is extremely clean and has everything you'd need. The location is great, snorkeling straight across the road is fantastic, and there are many little shops close by. Can highly recommend!!

Julie and I would like to thank Lotu from the moment I booked the communication was first rate . The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. I had a great experience at this location, walking distance to the beach but tucked away in a quiet street with all you need in a private spacious unit. In addition there are provided snorkeling and reef shoes etc to use. Lovely linen, spacious and comfy. Highly recommend

Carlos was a wonderful communicator. Roberto welcomed us so beautifully. Such lovely attention to detail with little flowers everywhere and a welcome card. The kitchen is great. The garden is spectacular. Lots of dvds for the rainy days. Very peaceful. We had my husband and I and our 24 year old daughter, and for us it was a little tiny, as where my daughter’s bed was, it was a little warm; but if it had just been my husband and I it would have been perfect. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home below your own home.
