This home was lovely, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Everything was spotless and as described. It’s a great neighborhood and a lot was walkable. The kitchen is very clean but very sparsely appointed, so appropriate if you’re only eating out or bringing in take out. We would have appreciated a few places to hang towels or a small vacuum for cleaning up since we were there for 5 nights, but besides those small things, really a lovely home in a great neighborhood in Kyoto and an excellent excellent value.

Great central location and clean home.

We stayed at this Kyoto house for an extended period and really enjoyed it. The location was great—just a short walk to Omiya Station and a 7-Eleven only 2 minutes away. The host was very kind and friendly. When we accidentally broke a plate and offered to pay, he cared about our safety first and didn’t ask for compensation. The house is traditional, so sounds from footsteps and stairs can be heard. There’s only one bathroom and toilet. The washing machine has no dryer, so we used a coin laundry 5 minutes away, but the host provided detergent, which was thoughtful. There are two rooms—one for 3 people upstairs, and a smaller room for 2 downstairs, which was a bit cold. Two of us chose to sleep in the living room with the heater and TV. As we stayed long-term, the host kindly asked us to help clean, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a warm and pleasant stay!

La stanza non era pronta all’orario del check in e ci è stato comunicato 15 minuti dopo dell’orario stabilito per il check in, però c’è stata una ottima comunicazione e abbiamo risolto il problema avendo un parziale rimborso dei costi di pulizia e l’orario del check out è stato modificato per recuperare il tempo perso. The place is immaculate. Brand new everything and it was all done so well. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing. This is a must stay if you are looking for a large place in Osaka. I really can recommend this place anymore. The host is beyond fantastic and always responds quickly and accurately! Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in!

사진과 다르게 숙소가 넓었다 굉장히 청결했으며 주방과 욕실 모두 편의도구가 준비되어 있었다 tv도 유튜브가 가능해서 좋았다 숙소 찾는게 어렵긴하지만 시장 앞에 있어서 먹을거나 즐길거리가 많았다
