On the first level there is a garden with palm trees ideal for relaxing and a terrace with the outdoor dining area; on the second level there is air conditioning, a glass door that connects the interior with the exterior and a balcony with a view of the sea and garden.

Estuvo en manos de la misma familia por mas de 40 años, y los nuevos dueños (amigos de la familia) han renovado toda la propiedad. La casa está en el corazón de la jungla a dos cuadras del mar (7 minutos caminando), una casa amplia y hermosa, con lindos jardines, gigantes árboles, con áreas de recreo y relajación: Piscina, patio, terrazas, ranchos, hamacas, parrilla, etc. La flora y fauna abunda en la zona.
