Coastal Bliss Cottage was absolutely perfect, as was the beautiful setting of the surrounding property. Beatrice has thought of everything to make her guests relaxed and comfortable. The place was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our yummy breakfasts under the pergola were such a treat and we enjoyed our conversations with Beatrice and Yves, who made us feel most welcome. While the cottage is in a peaceful location, we found it was within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and numerous activities in nearby Mapua and beyond in Motueka and Nelson. We highly recommend this delightful cottage as one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at and would love to return one day.

Shannon's house was amazing so clean and well presented. It had everything we needed and even though it was a last minute booking Shannon was so prompt with her communication and the cereal and chocolate was very much appreciated since we got there so late!!! Would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome place to stay for Nelson Clay Week. It's a very short drive to downtown, has a great view, and is across the street from a lovely restaurant. It's a short walk to the beach. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-provisioned. It is located on a busy, main street so there is some commercial traffic. I'd be happy to return.

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

Wonderful place and great house! We felt home right away. Unfortunately we had a couple of rainy days so we were really happy that we had the whole house to ourselves. The nice big and we'll equipped kitchen and the comfy living room let us enjoy our time despite the rain outside. We were welcomed with a well stocked fridge! Beverage, cheese and cracker plate, butter, jams and honey, eggs, homemade bread and more. We loved it!

Maria and Johnathan went out of their way to help us alter our accomodation plans several times. This helped relieve some of the family tensions and made for a very peaceful Holliday.

My partner stayed there while on a solo fly fishing trip. Perfect place to base himself and a lovely spot to come back to after a day on the river. He’ll be going there again.

My husband, three month old baby, and I had such a lovely stay at Beryl’s cottage. The lush scenery, birdsong, outdoor bath tub, visits from the sheep and alpaca, and personal touches around the house were highlights for us. We felt right at home in the cozy space, and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Honestly the best place we stayed in NZ- sad it was only one night! Beautiful apartment, incredible bed/bedding and with a swimming pool outside the front door. Couldn’t fault a thing, and very much loved the puppies! Thank you Zoe, great host and property. We’d love to come back.

I highly recommend Christopher’s Airbnb. The Airbnb pictures are completely accurate – it was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for a good rest after hiking. Christopher kindly provided plenty of options for breakfast including fresh fruit, milk, cereal, yogurt, and more. Communication was outstanding; responding to all our messages and offering great local tips for our visit to Abel Tasman Park. The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the park entrance, the water taxi, and several great restaurants and a general store. Thank you, Christopher, for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with the original intent to visit Abel Tasman due to its proximity. We unfortunately had terrible weather that prevented us from visiting the park so we spent a lot of time at this Airbnb. Alex our host was very helpful and responsive. The space was well equipped and roomy. Their dog Charlie is the sweetest. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nelson.

We had a very welcoming and lovely stay. We came back after few days camping in Abel Tasman Reserve, and the beds and shower with beautiful view were amazing. Deb is very helpful and had loads of tips for what to do in the area. The breakfast is also very good. Highly recommend staying here!

Val was very welcoming and even picked me up from the airport and baked fresh bread for breakfast 😊 room was very cosy and clean with private bathroom. Perfect for my stay before setting off on the Heaphy and easy pickup from The Sands the next morning.

We love Karen and John's home. Very beautiful and stunning views from our room of the ocean. Karen was such a lovely and caring host. They made us feel so welcome and were very helpful with recommendations of the area. Karen was very accomodating of us and always helpful. John cooked us the most beautiful breakfast which topped of a beautiful stay. We left with such a great feeling. They are such a lovely couple and we highly recommend that if you are wanting to stay in the area, this is the place to stay. We will be coming back to Ruby bay just to stay here again. Cannot recommend Karens Ruby bay home enough. Thank you Karen and John.

Oh man! Wish I could've stayed longer! This little gem is in pristine condition! It had everything I needed and more. The bed was sooooo comfortable, which was perfect after being on the road for a few days. I had had some of my breakfast for dinner the night before as its already available in the room. Loved the variety of condiments for toast and the fruit. There's not much to do in Motueka but it was the perfect stop over. Carmen and Max are a lovely, kind and welcoming couple!

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht, um von St. Arnaud aus einen Zwei-Tages-Hike zu machen. Dafür war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, nur ein paar Minuten Fahrt nach St. Arnaud. Am Abend durften wir freundlierweise die Küche benutzen, und das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr lecker - inklusive sehr netter familiärer Atmosphäre mit den Gastgebern und den aktuellen Woofern.

Beautiful place and location, and Sally and Wayne are very welcoming. A cute little village with great restaurants and ice cream is just a short walk down the beach. I highly recommend this spot for anyone, but especially for people interested in sitting on the deck soaking up the gorgeous scenery !

Great overnight stay. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed chatting with Rosemary over breakfast. A warm and friendly host who we'd happily stay with again.

Peter’s hospitality and kindness are both heartwarming and we felt welcome from the start. He has a very special home and garden/orchard and his passion for plants and the natural environment really shows. He shared several of his plums and apples with us, as well as homemade bread and fruit leather. The location is serene, yet close to several vineyards and a general store. What a special stay!
