Amazing place to stay. Super cosy, spotlessly clean, & super comfortable bed. Thanks for being pet friendly, we loved our weekend away with our 2 year of Labrador. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach for her to run & swim. Lots of thoughtful little extras, milk & juice in fridge, tea and coffee supplies, dog towels & balls. Thanks Wendy for a wonderful stay

The property suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious, immaculately presented, with all needs catered for. Access was easy, with beaches and restaurants nearby.

we stayed with our fur babies and we were so at home ,we wished we could have extended our stay, will definitely stay again when we come up from Dunedin to see our families

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our daughter’s first birthday. The place was perfect for our little family of four & our kids loved the friendly pets that visited every now & then. Loved that the town, shops & beach were all super close. The place itself was cosy & clean, we really felt like at home. Awesome hosts & an even better airbnb. 5 stars all round 🙂

Great place, really easy to access the shops and the beach. Only thing I wasn’t aware of was the photos seemed to show an enclosed outdoor area, but it wasn’t fully fenced/secured so I couldn’t let my little dog out. Other than that I had a great time!

A fabulous little sanctuary so close to the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t quite what we hoped, but that didn’t really matter as the place was so comfortable with great sofas a large Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The fully fenced garden made it a dream for our little fur baby, who loved zooming around the grass. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pans and crockery and the plumbed fridge freezer with ice maker was great for G&T time! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Colleen was an excellent host. This place is beautiful and central to all the places we needed to go to on our short trip in New Zealand. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tauranga.

Perfect spot to stay in the Mount. Central to everything and a lovely apartment. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Would happily stay here again

We had a fabulous time thank you for having us Barry. The apartment is in a great location and the kitchen is well catered for with appliances and provisions for self catering. Having stayed at the Mount for many years this year would have to be the highlight, great weather, great location and the pool was an absolute treasure especially for my husband who is English and isn’t particularly fond of the beach. I would recommend this as a location for people who are wanting a holiday at the beach but if it is windy or a bit cold can enjoy a swim in the pool. Regards Jackie

The home is spacious and beautifully presented. The weather was wet during our whole stay so it was lovely to have such a good sized space with TV options etc. The communication from the vendor was excellent and the location was great also.

Was a last minute booking, only a couple of days before. Barry responded very quickly to confirm. The Villa was great. Full kitchen, lovely balcony and excellent location. Will definitely book again!

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Diane's place. She provided very clear instructions for an easy check in. So close to the beach within short walking distance and a quick drive to the main centre.

Helen, you are a great host. 5 Star. An absolutely amazing stay! The house is perfectly located right on the beach, with easy access to cafes, grocery stores, and more. Everything you need is provided, so all you have to bring is your clothes. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location near the beach, restaurants and a fresh choice super market. Host was highly responsive and allowed us to have an early check in. Highly recommend.

Jen’s place was beautiful. We had a relaxing time over the long weekend. The location is perfect 8min walk to main strip of Mt Maunganui. We loved our view of the mount and how close it was to the beach front. Jen’s place had everything from fully equipped kitchen, relaxing linens and beautiful bathroom.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place! The location is unmatched, being so close to the beach. The property is a great size and had many options for sleeping arrangements. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay again! Amy is a great host and her communication was outstanding, she was also very understanding and accommodating. Thanks for having us!
