It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
