The place was absolutely fantastic! The unit was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and the host is very responsive. Thanks so much to Luna’s Casita I had an amazing stay!

We had a great stay, the place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything matched the photos and details provided. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. The location was just a short walk to the town center. The house was stocked with toiletries and all the kitchen utensils. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I decided to have a spontaneous trip to Laguna during the holy week. Ms. Lei is very responsive to my queries and gave me clear instructions how to check in. We were welcome by her mother and we were well assisted. Her mother is friendly too! The place is new and was told we were the first one to use the place (really felt fortunate for that). And we felt like we just moved in to our new home. We brought a car with us and as the listing described, parking is by the street. Tbh, that was one thing I was worried prior to booking but Ms. Lei made sure it is safe. And since it was also the holy week and a church was nearby, as expected there were a lot of cars by the neighborhood during our stay but gladly we were given a reserved parking (just inform them). And yes, our car is safe during the stay (it's worry free). Kitchen essentals were also provided and they even have water for drinking. Overall, we had a good rest and we enjoyed our stay! DCEA is our place to be when we do our bicol trips. The host is very friendly and responsive. Place is very near SM city Lucena where you walk around during your stay. Thank you for hosting us once again.

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

The place was very pet-friendly, which made my trip so much easier. The host was kind and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for pet owners looking for a comfortable stay!

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with—she promptly answered all my questions and even suggested helpful options. She also gave us thoughtful considerations, which we truly appreciated, especially since we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday at the property. We’re very grateful! The house itself is spacious and perfectly suited for our big family. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus, especially since the beach was at low tide during our stay—having the pool as an alternative made a big difference. I highly recommend this place and am already planning to book it again for our next event!

The room was nice and clean, with strong air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The area outside the room is covered by CCTV, so we felt safe the whole time. The host was friendly and very responsive to all our requests. Great experience overall! Highly recommended 😁

I recently stayed at Hills Studio and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that immediately made me feel at home. The location was perfect – close to BDO and restaurants. The place exceeded our expectation, the place was great, just a walk away from public transportation and mall. Everything that we needed was there (wifi, towels, toiletries, drinking water, coffee, kitchenwares, place to hang laundries, etc.). It was a great deal with a friendly host and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our relatives in Lucena. Thank you for the experience!

Will higly recommend staying here. Place was way better than I expected. Climb from the town proper (including the stairs to reach the unit) was challenging especially for us cyclists but totally worth it for the privacy, security & view. Ma'am Elaine & her company are very accommodating.
