We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented, and the location was very convenient. John’s responsiveness made it possible for us to book on short notice, for which we were very grateful. All in all, everything was flawless.

I stayed here with my best friend and we had the BEST time at Stephanie's lovely place! Perfect location for us - it is central but not busy. We walked down to Palm Beach every evening and gazed at the stars/basked in the moonlight. In the mornings we looked out to the beautiful ocean and listened to the Tui. Stephanie was the perfect host - so proactive and responsive, and left us breakfast for our stay. What a dream. We only wished we could stay longer!

Great location with easy access to boutiques, cafes, and bars. Close to the CBD as well. Rooms are spacious, though the living room and dining area are on the smaller side—won’t be a problem if you’re dining out most of the time and are only at the air bnb to rest.

Wonderful stay in Nicki’s lovely home. Easy walk to the Newmarket shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and all the amenities. Nicki is a wonderfully responsive host and very accomodating

Good location and the flat has everything you need - great that it has laundry/kitchen etc. It’s fairly small but no surprise as the photos are accurate. The check in is slightly odd but as long as you follow the instructions, no issues!

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Le logement était très bien placé, bien rangé, il avait tout se dont nous avons besoin dans la cuisine, salle de bain, machine à laver. L’hôte est très réactif si vous avez la moindre question, l’accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport a rendu mon séjour plus agréable sachant qu’il a beaucoup plus la moitié de mon séjour… Merci beaucoup !
