Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Rebecca und ihr Mann managen den Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parken im Innenhof inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Über den Ort muss man wissen, dass er an einem Hafen liegt, zum Ohope Beach muss man fahren.

The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We experienced a delay checking in due to a login issue with Airbnb, but once we gained access, the rest of the stay was smooth. The host followed up and explained the situation, which I appreciated. Overall, a good stay and a considerate host.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

Kerri was an incredible host. The kindest and most flexible I’ve ever worked with. She also gave me the greatest treat by allowing me to celebrate new years on the roof. Cannot recommend her more.

Charming apartment in a great spot to see Auckland.

Hosts were fantastic! Made it all very easy and were great to deal with. The apartment is very much a well equipped but basic Air BnB. Perfect as a functional place to stay in a great location. Was great for me needing a central spot with car park but probably not the best as a cute vacation home. Great place for a work traveler!

Perfect location close to Britomart and cafes/ restaurants - it was a bit tricky to sight the number on the building from the street and a one way street made it difficult to turn around if you drive passed it. Aside from the, it was clean, very stylish with everything I needed for my stay (including a coffee machine!). The bed was also heaven with luxurious linen sheets and so comfortable. Would book again without hesitation.

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, just as what we wanted. The location was superb, so easy access to almost anywhere. The host Robert was attentive, quick to respond and very kind, I would definitely like to come back again !!

Customer service from host went above and beyond, and the place is beautiful, cozy, and extremely close to everything. The pool is heated and it just topped my experience after having been camping for pretty much the whole month (to add the bed is super comfy as well).

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Had a lovely stay at Andrea's place, beautiful location and super convenient if you will be taking the car ferry! Loved all of the windows, and also the helpful amenities like coffee, a spot of milk, and filtered water.

Thanks Jenny. The accommodation was perfect for our large extended family while attending a family wedding nearby. We enjoyed the proximity to stunning Coromandel haunts and took full advantage of what was on offer locally. Appreciated the late check out. Highly recommend.
