Walk to Downtown Restaurants from Stylish Vacation Villa

If location is important, then this is the place for you!! Centrally located just a ten minute stroll from town, this beautifully renovated Vacation Villa has been fully fitted out with everything you need during your Nelson holiday. Decorated for the sole purpose of hosting visitors to the region, it is an ideal retreat for couples or family groups exploring our fantastic city. Open spaces and high ceilings make the house feel spacious, light and bright. Original, polished wooden floors in the entrance, hallway and lounge and plush new carpets in each of the three bedrooms. We have installed all new insulation and fitted with two heat / air con units to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Our brand new kitchen has a full oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer all waiting for you to cook gourmet meals, or meander into town to Nelson's best restaurants. Or let the children play in the large, fully fenced lawns and garden whilst enjoying a local beer / wine and bbq on the sun-drenched deck. We've supplied some wet weather activities for amusing the kids, along with a selection of books and board games to help keep them entertained while you relax and indulge during your stay. The property is accessed via lockbox for you to check in and out at your leisure. There is secure off-street parking for your vehicle(s) and you'll have the entire property to yourself. We have both lived in Nelson all our lives so if it's a walking track, a winery visit, a local day trip, a specific dining experience or just general local knowledge or the region, we're your people! Any help with information happily shared, though also happy to leave you to your private time. Our personal aim is to ensure that all our guests have a memorable and pleasant stay with us. We endeavour to guarantee you the best of service, assistance and hospitality. The house is on the fringe of Downtown Nelson. Walk to shops and restaurants and soak up the local vibe. A full-service supermarket is just down the street. On Saturday mornings, the infamous Nelson Market operates in Montgomery Square. Nelson bus depot is located on Hardy Street (a 15 min walk from the house) with buses that can take you to the local beach, to Richmond, or to the world renowned Abel Tasman National Park . A local bus timetable is available at the house. We have also written a comprehensive guide of local walking, biking tracks and must-do attractions in our corner of the world. Nelson City is busy, and all properties within the CBD are subject to some road noise. The property is fully fence (even has a whizzy remote control gate) for guest privacy and the house is fully insulated and double glazed for your comfort.

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.

Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive. Great indoor outdoor flow you will love our outdoor entertainment area with Outdoor Kitchen fully equipped with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fridge Freezer, TV and more.
