Maria’s place is beautiful! Perfect for sharing with another family. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area. So many amenities in the house including washer & dryer. You do have to walk a little longer than I was planning with kids, but for adults it’s fine. Also an OXO very close and convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you Maria!

Excelentes instalaciones, el personal y el host súper amables pasamos unas increíbles vacaciones en familia, el complejo tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y disfrutar, sin lugar a dudas se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

¡Un lugar muy agradable! El internet del departamento fue un poco inestable para mis necesidades, ya que trabajo en línea, pero en las áreas comunes se puede compensar esto. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia.

Martha's place is pequeno perfection. The apartment was charming with cute decorative pieces and wonderful skylights that let in lots of natural light. It is stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Martha was gracious enough to ask if there was anything that I needed prior to my arrival, and when I said "water," she brought me 20 liters. The apartment is small in size but large in character. It's a nice place to stay.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

La quinta es extraordinaria, lo mejor de todo que cada cuarto está separado. El lugar es tan agradable, tranquilo, limpio, que disfrutas cada espacio que tiene, lo cual deseas no salir de ahí

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Neil's WONDERFUL property. There were two bedrooms with en-suite baths - far enough apart to give privacy. The living room and bedrooms had air conditioners which were really appreciated; there were fans in all the rooms. The decor was very inviting -- artwork in every room and very comfortable beds and furniture. The baths were spacious with lots of hot water in the showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need; I can't think of anything that was lacking. Neil was the ideal host - his communication was top-notch, and he had a book with all the information on the unit as well as helpful suggestions as to the area -- restaurants, etc. There is a super market a couple of blocks away, and the zoo if just around the corner. The pool and outside space is super. Whether it was coffee in the morning or a dip in the pool after being in town - it's ideal. Thank you, Neil, for making our stay magical. Highly recommended.

Everything was great about this place. It was easy to find and check in. There were plenty of nice bedrooms, with hammocks and ensuite washrooms, as well as a spacious common area. Great for large group of 12-24 people. Host was very responsive and everything was clean.

Recomendadisimo este hermoso residencial en un lugar único , seguro tranquilo y con un descanso inigualable , la zona donde se encuentra la propiedad está rodeada de muchos árboles casas muy grandes y amplias , me voy satisfecho y seguramente regresaré a esta hermosa casa , César fue muy amable en todo momento, y la casa siempre está reluciente , tiene una excelente ventilación donde no es necesario utilizar los aires acondicionados . Casa Que Pasa, es un paraíso que tienes que vivir. La casa es muy acogedora, limpia y bien ubicada, perfecta para relajarse y explorar la zona. Además, las anfitriones Christine y Sonya son súper amables y atentas , lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. Si buscas un lugar cómodo y con buena relación calidad-precio, ¡este es una excelente opción! La playa prácticamente está a tus pies ! Los atardeceres de ensueño harán que tus tardes sean inolvidables, y por las noches el sonido de las olas harán que te relajes en un ambiente lleno de paz y tranquilidad.

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Romantica. We were able to have 3 generations of our family (from across USA) join us here. This home is so beautiful. Imagine 90% of your stay is ‘outside’, the living area, dining room, roof top terrace, and Kitchen are all outside. The only time you are inside is to sleep, and yes you can air condition the 3 bedrooms. You will pay for electric but by air conditioning the bed rooms at night our cost for a week was just over $50. Our day to day host contact was Natalie. She kept in constant contact for any need and also volunteered daily activities going on in Mérida. We found the people of Mérida very polite. We rented a vehicle a large suburban and were always able to find parking close in front of ‘Villa Romantica’ (during peak rental season). We drove to the ruins at Chichen Itza, the beach at Progreso, and the grocery stores. Unless you have a large group (we had 8). Driving in the tight streets of Merida El Centro was a bit stressful.

Objectifs atteints Nous avons passé un mois dans la maisonnette de la plage. J'aimerais exprimer notre satisfaction, car nos objectifs de choisir cette maison au départ sont tout simplement atteints: - profiter de la plage chaque jour les avant-midis, - profiter de la piscine chaque jour les après-midis, - et vivre l'expérience mexicaine dans une maison typique et authentique mexicaine. Tout cela s'est concrétisé en bonne partie grâce à la gentillesse de Raúl. Raúl est un gentleman et un très bon communicateur. Il était attentif, présent, et répondait très rapidement à nos messages. A noter que le bruit des 2 écoles primaires adjacentes (jour de semaines, jusqu'à 3:00 pm) ne nous a pas tellement dérangé, car nous sortons les avant-midis. Grand merci Raúl, en espérant retourner un jour!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette chambre. L’endroit était propre, sentait bon et est bien placé. Je le recommande fortement ! Petit bémol, il n’y a pas vraiment de fenêtres dans la chambre seulement des puits de lumière. Mais l’endroit était tout de même très agréable !

Het is een prachtig huis om vanuit daar de stad te verkennen. De fietsen zijn ideaal! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, aan alles is gedacht. Heerlijk privé, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur. Onbezorgd verblijf, zou het zo weer boeken. Charles was een hele vriendelijke host met veel tips.

Mooie lokatie, wij waren aangenaam verrast. Lekker zwembadje en als je in de tuin bent heb je niet in de gaten dat je in de stad zit. Op loopafstand van het centrum maar als je in het donker terug wil raden we je toch aan een taxi te nemen. Voor 70 ben je weer veilig thuis. communicatie verloopt prettig.

This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.

This is a beautiful space to relax and take advantage of the pool and sea. Although there was no air conditioning, most days the breeze kept the home comfortable. The home is well appointed and can easily handle a party of 6. Although the beach seems to be receding, quiet, leisurely walks for 1.5 plus km are possible in either direction. When two minor issues arose with water and the wind, Rashid had them looked after by his staff within two hours. They live on the large property offering convenience and security. The local town is just 7 minutes away by taxi or a simple walk. Very relaxing stay!
