I wish I could give more stars. I can not recommend the Bear’s Den enough. The place is as described and even more. The details, how cozy it is and we all felt at home right away. The location is amazing, and so peaceful. There is so much to see and do, I only regret I didn’t book a longer stay. Nicole and Jason are extremely helpful and responsive, and made the stay stress free. We can not wait to come back. I have absolutely loved this place! Many thanks to Nicole and Jason again, and to the next person reading this review… do not hesitate. This is the place you want to be staying at.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sanctuary! The guest house is well-marked with signs so it was easy to find and know where to park. Every possible amenity we could need was available, and the location was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the extra treat of Ann’s cookies! We hope to stay again next time we plan a trip to the area.

Our stay at the Cabin was amazing. My husband, myself and our young boys stayed for a week and used it as our peaceful and private launchpad for an incredible family adventure. We visited Pikes Peak via the Cogs railway, garden of the gods via Jeep tour and drove out to Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort. The weather was so Colorado, we had beautiful sunny days and some sun burns, and also had a two day snowstorm that was very beautiful and cozy to experience in the Rockies. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We would absolutely recommend.

Honestly can’t believe we got a place like this for the price we did! It was so beautiful, quiet, and clean. I also love that it was updated inside, most cabin air bnb’s are very dated. There were also a lot of stocked items that helped us if we forgot something. We will definitely be back, this was the perfect place!

My colleagues and I stayed at Steven's Cabin at Pike's Peak Falls for the week while attending a conference in Colorado Springs. Our stay was excellent. The location, cabin amenities, and surrounding natural beauty were our favorite. Highly recommend this for larger groups (we went between having 6 and 5 people). If you stay here pop down to the Blue Moose bar as well!

Our stay was great! Jacquie was a super kind and responsive host. The area was beautiful and remote but still close to so many things to do. The cabin was exactly as described and was very clean. A great get away from the city! Cell service was a little spotty due to the remote location, but WiFi at the cabin worked really well. Definitely recommend getting the check in info prior to getting too close to the cabin to avoid having to drive back into town to get the door code. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and the cabin was a great landing place after long days outside!!

We had an amazing time at this house. The listed pictures are exactly what we walked into when we arrived. Checking in was easy and the house was in great condition. The views are amazing and the hot tub is in the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. We hope to come back some day!

This place was great! There was enough room and things to do to to keep several adults and children occupied for a long weekend, which is really saying something! The hosts have thought of everything you could need to enjoy yourself from a fully stocked kitchen to bathroom essentials to games and puzzles. Definitely recommend!

The views are stunning, place was super clean, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you'd need. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful mountain view, and had deer visit at dawn and dusk! The neighbor dog Sandy was a big bonus as she was so sweet and came to visit. Would definitely recommend.
