Spacious home in close proximity to town. Plenty of room for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was great and utilized every night. Carol was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. By far our favorite thing about this home were all of the bears that visited. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our large family.

Enjoyed this stay, and will definitely recommend to others. I will also look forward to a future stay here!

Beautiful house, clean, well stocked, private, incredible views! Host description and pics are on point. We loved how private it was, the beautiful view of the mountains and the river, all of the extra little amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, dishes and cooking utensils, plus 2 coffee bars stocked with Keurigs and drip coffee makers and creamer and sugar etc. As described, this is a remote and private property, so stock up on anything that you want to eat or drink or supplies. It's at least a 40 minute drive to a decent sized area. The wifi worked great the entire trip. We loved it!

Great location, just far enough from downtown to feel very peaceful, but an easy drive to get down to shops/restaurants. Check-in/check-out was very easy and the hosts were very communicative and friendly! Kitchen could have been a little better stocked (i.e., there was dish soap but no sponge, a coffeemaker but no filters) but nothing we couldn't work around. Overall a great stay!

Came for a short weekend trip and it was absolutely as described! The place felt very clean and well taken care of. Host was very helpful and communicative and was willing to reasonably accommodate our worries of traveling during the winter storm that passed through the day of our check-in, luckily we ended up making it! I would absolutely visit this property again.

The perfect peaceful getaway! It was great to drive the 30 min to Nashville and then come back to the quiet house. Beautiful views from the deck, the most comfortable bed and cool music memorabilia all around! We can’t wait to come back!

Yong was an excellent host! The place was clean, conveniently located close to Dollywood, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Yong was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out seamless.

This is a great place to stay, close to everything in Gatlinburg and has a wonderful sunrise and sunset mountain view. Was clean and everything we hoped for. Great place to stay, relax and enjoy the mountains. Owner was very helpful and gave plenty of information on what to do in the area. If your planning a Gatlinburg trip this is a great place to stay!

This is an awesome place to stay! We took a group of kids to a youth convention, and this house was a great price for the space. It was easy to get to and get in. The owner quickly responded to my messages and fixed problems super fast! I would go back and would recommend this to others!This is a fantastic place to stay! We have been visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the past 10 years and this was the best cabin we’ve ever had! The view of the sun coming up over mountains was incredible, my wife and I would be on the back deck watching it every morning. The location is far enough away that it feels secluded and peaceful yet it’s still a very reasonable drive when you do want to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is new so everything works well and is clean. Other enjoyable aspects for us was the fire pit, arcade games, hot tub and outdoor TV where we watched a family movie together the last night before we returned home. Overall, highly recommend!!

Our family of five had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Knot Too Shabby! The home was clean, comfortable, cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our visit to Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, watching movies, and spent a lot of time playing games together in the loft. The spacious kitchen made preparing meals easy and enjoyable, and we loved using the grill in the evenings. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together! Great communication by the hosts as well made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Knot to Shabby!

Our family of six had a great time staying here. Sarah's communication is really outstanding. She provided a lot of relevant information on the front end. I initially thought she over-communicated the expectations for accessing the house, but I can see why she feels obligated to do that. The house is in the mountains and the roads are very intimidating (steep) the first time. However, our minivan made them all just fine. We had an issue with one item and she worked tirelessly to get it addressed and resolved it beyond our expectations. She excels at customer service. After a day of hiking trails, our family enjoyed the hot tub, arcade game, and TVs. Our kids really wanted to see a bear during our stay and we had four in the front yard on our last night there. I think Sarah may have arranged for that as well . . . .

Wow! Everything was exactly as described. There was some real thought and effort put into the chalet. Super clean, private, amazing views, and SO much to do. What a weekend!

Wonderful cabin, and set up so well for a rental. Wild drive up to the house but definitely doable. Hope to stay again!

We spent five days hiking the park and the house was such a great place to come home to.

This place was a dream! Came on a solo trip and felt right at home and safe. Great neighborhood- peaceful and the views were beyond words. Had everything I needed :-) I will be coming back

Wonderful location close to all the local happenings yet, far enough away for peacefulness. Super cute, well stocked with all needed necessities. Loved the thoughtful gift at check in. Definitely will be keeping this “one” on my do list again.

Luc and Denise were wonderful hosts. When we arrived, Luc showed us around the property and offered other amenities. Denise was so sweet, she brought us a key and chatted for a few minutes. It was so peaceful, and my husband and I enjoyed spending the evenings in the hot tub and relaxing. The photos posted don't do this home justice. It was beautifully decorated and was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

My family enjoyed our stay at the chalet and the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts provided everything you could need for a vacation at the lake, and it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to the action. Unfortunately the flooding from Hurricane Helene prevented us from swimming or kayaking but we enjoyed the property and it was not far from the activity on the Parkway. We hope to return to enjoy the lake with friends next summer!

We absolutely loved this place as a get away for a couples’ weekend so much so that we are planning to return with our children this summer. It’s very homey and has everything you need to disconnect from things and relax. We can’t wait to return!
