Stayed here with my husband and kids for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The house and farm are gorgeous. My 3 year old loved seeing the cows go by. Ruth is a wonderful host and the little touches throughout the house make it feel just like home. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

My family and I loved our stay at Spring Creek Place! It is so beautiful and peaceful. My grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond. The BEST thing about our stay was my grandchildren got to bottle feed a calf! Erin was so nice and friendly. This was our second stay at this cabin and it won't be our last. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We as a family highly recommend a stay at Spring Creek Place!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

We loved staying on the farm, feeding the horses. It just felt like home, cozy and peaceful. Pam and her husband are very sweet and accommodating. We truly enjoyed being there. Highly recommended

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Great location in between Sevierville and Knoxville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great layout and floorplan of the house and loved all of the decor. The house was very clean and it has one of the most well stocked kitchens ever! Loved the big sectional couch in the den for relaxing and watching TV at night too. Very comfortable beds and loved having ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well! We would for sure stay here again!

Private, peaceful, pristine! Melissa and Mike's property has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Smoky Mountains. It is well-appointed, immaculately clean, and convenient to all area attractions. The ductless ac/heating system works like a dream! Melissa and Mike are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Listen to the birds sing and the cows moo while enjoying a gorgeous view from the the back deck!

A peaceful and private countryside escape just minutes from Ooltewah! This stay was everything we hoped for—quiet, charming, and full of character. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. If you’re looking for an authentic Tennessee homestead experience, this is it. The goats (and their loyal guard dog, Sampson) were an absolute delight—feeding them treats was such a fun touch. One of our favorite memories was watching our daughter on the big tree swing and our dog exploring the fenced yard as the sun set. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our favorite stay of all that Tyler has available because of how peaceful and private it really is. The front covered porch is our favorite hangout and seeing the coes in the pasture is so relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone woth a pup. Has all you need and plenty of room to stretch out. Since we found Tyler's rentals years back...we have never stayed anywhere else. ...and dont plan to!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful location. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was exactly why we needed. I love how clean and well stocked everything was. Saying hi to the goats and sheep dog was a nice added bonus. Will definitely be back!!

This was a great place to stay. We stayed for work and it was nice and quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful. No issues at all. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Seen deer almost every evening. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. It was a very great place to stay whether for work or pleasure. Will definitely stay here again next time.

We spent a wonderful night in this beautiful, peaceful and spacious cabin. The location is private and relaxing and the cabin is so spacious and comfortable. Both Kathryn and Russell were helpful and friendly and the animals on the farm were a wonderful bonus . Such a shame we could only stay for one night but I’d happily go back and stay again. Thanks for a lovely stop away from it all.

Lovey quiet, comfortable, and clean. Close to waterfalls and state parks. Amenities were fantastic. Wonderful host.

Beautiful home and location! Love the horses and goats on the property!!!

We were not disappointed! The cute little cabins are tucked in the mountain with absolutely gorgeous veiws! Property is well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful there. The only issue we had was parking. But if the other cabin had read the simple instructions it wouldn't have been an issue. The cabins were well stocked with all the things you may forget you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Which was greatly appreciated after a day a Fall Creek Falls. This cabin is not meant to entertain, but it is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and peaceful. Wish we could live there all the time!

Cool spot with plenty of comfortable space out in the county. Will definitely be amongst to top places we consider if we are searching in this area again. Very blessed that David shared his home with my family.
